When you fill out our forms for example to become a volunteer, answer our surveys or participate in our polls, you give us certain information voluntarily. Collected personal data types are: name, title, name of the company / organization, address, phone number, email address, webpages, language, and any additional info submitted by the data subject. We will also be taking photos and videos at our events. Notice of photography will always be displayed at the event venue.
The personal data is collected to ensure the quality and coverage of the services provided by Trampere Startup Hub Oy. The data is used to send you information about Platform6 activities and services. The photos and videos taken by our representatives in our events will be used in the marketing purposes of Platform6, Tribe Tampere ry, and and the Startup Ecosystem of Tampere. The data will be retained as long as related activities are valid, and after that the data will be removed from our registers accordingly. Tampere Startup Hub Oy controls the access management of the register. Access is granted role based to Tampere Startup Hub Oy employees. The personal data may be shared with third parties when necessary, for example participation info for the organiser of a workshop.
